Please be more specific on the breakfast because the hotel only includes 2 breakfast per room even though the website says you layer for more.

I wont come back

The hotel is old and ugly and has a very very low quaity, it is like a motel and the pictures dont reflect the real hotel. My reservation included breakfast for me and my kids but when I arrived the hotel didnt wanted to give me free breakfast to my children because they argued it was never included. I have to make the entire process on my phone to show them that the breakfast was offered for 4 people. They make me fee like it was a favor! Horrible

Good parking, clean rooms

While this is clearly a hotel for people on business travel, we stayed here as we were driving from a vacation in the Yucatan peninsula back to the U.S. The best part about this hotel is its secured, guarded parking lot. Rooms and hotel were clean. Bar had a nice happy hour. Unfortunately, there is not a ton to see in Coatzacoalcos. There was nothing really within walking distance of the hotel. This was just a one night stop for us.

Anywhere but here!!!

This is a old hotel beds are very hard. No wi fi available for many reasons (excuses) There are areas of hotel that do not have doors in hallway rain and critters were in hallways Rooms were clean but not comfortable at all. R free breakfast is coffee oj scrambled eggs and refried beans ok but nothing special we ate supper here also since we were so tired and it was raining out food was ok but again nothing special. I would NEVER stay here again.

Pesimo servicio Le recepcioniste del turno de la tarde no habia dado de alta mis datos ni la tarjeta de entrada a la habitacion siendo mi segundo dia en el hotel, le pedi un taxy y no se si lo pidio ya que estuve esperando media hora por lo que tuve que salir a agarrar uno en la calle a exponerme, todo lo demas muy bien a excepcion de esa recepcionista
