The bathroom had mold all in it, the TV In our hotel room didn’t work, the only reason we chose this place was for the hot tub so the kiddos and us could wind down after driving we called and they said it was working a hr later when we arrived we were told it was broken. Talked to the staff about the issues that made no difference on any of the issues.

We had to switch rooms because the rooms heat and ac wasn't working. Then in the second room we found a bed bug on the bed. We let the hotel staff know and told them that we wanted a refund but they said that we had to request a refund through expedia since thats where we booked it. Was also told that the manager would call monday to discuss the bed bug problem, but never received a phone call. We would like a full refund on our stay due to all of our troubles.

Horrible

The service was horrible. Was told the hot tub worked and it didn’t it was ice cold. We were awoken by the cleaning staff yelling and each other and cussing. They were doing cartwheels down the hallway and doing cheers. Not only was the disrespectful it was unprofessional. The front desk wouldn’t do nothing about it. We ended are stay and went to another hotel
