Really spacious house in a beautiful surroundings. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and the towels fluffy! A super relaxing time. However, pay attention to the warning in the listing about spotty wifi. It definitely was not reliable. The lack of reliable wifi wasn't a problem for us, we were there to have fun and recharge--and we did.

Very spacious and clean. Host is very responsive. Don't plan on any wifi. Had to enable our mobile wifi for any wifi connection with the tv. Bring your own shampoo and body soap. Great fishing pond in the back (blue gill and snack mouth bass). Loved the fire pit in the back patio area.

The home was perfect for our family stay. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It's a short drive to nearby vineyards and activities while being away from the crowds and noises of the more residential areas. The views from both the front porch and the back patio are beautiful. This place is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. It is away from the hustle and bustle but a short drive to pretty much anything you could want/need. Unfortunately we didn't get to spend too much time here because we had a wedding to go to. But we would love to stay here again when we can spend time and enjoy the retreat! We will definitely be back.

Best vacation ever!

From the moment we arrived till we left was an absolute dream. Our family loved the stay at this house. Everything was as needed to make the most out of our trip. We cooked steaks one night and the kitchen was perfectly set up to do so even with spices and great knives too. The owner gave a great recommendation to try the Mcleans peach icecream- HUGE hit! beads are very comfortable and the space was everything we needed and more.

Relaxing Quiet Spot in Clifton

Very relaxing location with pond in back yard. Huge backyard patio area for grilling and relaxing around fire pit. Owner was very responsive regarding couple of minor issues that came up. Kitchen was loaded with dishware adequate for a large group. Owner needs to request a container for recyclables however.

Great family gathering in the country

We gathered at this property with several generations. The individual bedrooms with private bathrooms was an awesome feature. The beds are comfy. The views here are beautiful, the pond was such a fun aspect. We spent a lot of time hanging out both indoors and outside. Everyone in our group was very pleased with this property. They kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of extra pillows, sheets, and blankets and towels. It was really peaceful and fun being in a farm setting. And hearing the frogs and peacocks at night and in the distance was really fun too. The host is very accessible and responsive and really want to you to enjoy your time there.

This location was a great spot to relax after days in and around Grand Junction and Colorado National Monument. Good spot to ride bikes from, accessing the bike trails and not on busy roads. Weather was a little colder outside than expected, but there was plenty of space inside for the group to hang out and utilize the kitchen and living room.

gorgeous home and views

The home is well appointed and very comfortable. The views are panaramic and gorgeous. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if that is your thing - we did. Great master bedroom and bath with cathedral ceilings. Two secondary bedrooms have en-suite baths.

Tranquil Country Escape

Beautiful views of the Bookcliffs, river, and East Orchard Mesa. Close to town but felt like a luxurious getaway. Comfiest beds and pillows, and be sure to spend time on the patios enjoying sunrises, sunsets, and the livestock.
