The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Each room has ample closet space and big windows for natural sunlight.

The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. A boat can also fit in the driveway. Parking is included in the reservation.

Throughout your stay, I will be available for any questions or concerns. We live within 5 minutes of the property and it would be our pleasure to assist.

The West Orange Trail goes through the bottom half of the subdivision. The neighborhood has a public park and a public basketball court.

It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the Publix shopping center and nearby restaurants.

Guests are welcome to park in the driveway in front of the house.

Please do not climb on the retaining wall around the property.

While using the pool, swim at your own risk.
Please follow the 5 Rules below:
No Big Parties or Events without Permission
No Loud music past 9 PM
No smoking 🚭 ($250 fee)
No eating inside of the rooms ($50 fee)
Please be considerate of the neighbors! ⚠️

If a weekend party is authorized, we allow a maximum of 6 cars in the driveway and a maximum of 12 adults on the property. (Children do not count towards the 12).
