The property is good overall. Very friendly staff and nice surroundings. I'm not giving them 5 stars because of the following: - Dinning service was not good. Only one toaster for many many people trying to have breakfast at the same time. Only 2 coffee machines that often ran out of water. The food options were as expected for a continental breakfast but ran out very fast and was not replenished on time, so all of the above caused long lines and a very messy environment. - The pool at the hotel closes at 7 pm; the staff directs you to other 2 pools within the property but it's irrational to walk to other buildings when your building has a pool!
