We booked a king room with a pullout couch got to the room, no pull out couch. My child had to sleep on the floor. There was no indication that the pool was out of service for maintenance, which devastated my youngest child. The room that I booked said it could sleep 4 people, upon arrival to the room, we discovered only 2 bath towels. There was no bathroom exhaust fan. The A/C unit didn’t work properly and the room was extremely sticky and felt stagnant. In an attempt to call the front desk to see if there was anything that could be done about the lack of beds, I had to go into the hall and find a fire escape plan and call the toll free number on that because there wasn’t a single directory or indication as to how to contact the front desk from the room phone. Overall, I do NOT recommend this hotel and absolutely will not ever be staying there again.

Area was questionable with all the the semi’s, we got a room that was not clean/bed a mess so we had to get another, we got stuck in the elevator. Room felt dingy.

The shower floor was broke. There is holes in the walls next to the baseboards. The floors were tile and dirty. I will never stay at another La Quinta Inn ever.

I liked that the desk clerk was friendly and inviting. Didnt like that i was charged $25 for a pet that was only with me for a couple of hours. Cat Didnt even stay the night. Pool was under maintenence, because it was disgustingly dirty. So we didnt get to enjoy that perk. There was blood spatter on the body mirror in my room that went all the across the wall and behind the room chair. Nasty.
