The hotel is right beside a Walmart which is convient but not scary. There are multiple hotels nearby and it's close to the highway. The hotel was well maintained and other than a few scratches here and there looked nice. Breakfast was good and well supplied each morning. The workout room offered lots of options from cardio to weights.

My girlfriend's period came unexpectedly and unlike any other hotel I was charged for towels and this has never happened in all of the comfort suites......EVER. You can control mother nature and instead of washing the towels with bleach like in the past, this particular property charged me and additional $100. I do not agree with what we can't control and I understand policies and procedures but throwing all towels away and charging me is ridiculous. I drive trucks and have stayed in many comfort suites and this is not the first time that my girlfriend had an unexpected visitor but for this place to just charge me and not call and we talk about it is crazy. I would have felt better if they told me why first. Towels are not $150 for 2 or 3 but this was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. My shower had warm water and no where close to hot. I did not like I had to play with the handle just to get warm water when I was trying to get hot water. FIX YOUR PIPES if you expect a better review.

The customer service was good. The only thing I could not get an answer to was why the BET (Black Entertainment Television) channel’s volume did not work and that was the only channel that volume was not working. The young man at the desk could not answer but when I got back to the room the channel was no longer available. That did not set well me as a customer at his hotel.

This was awful. Choice Hotels? They should be ashamed to call this one of their properties. It was dirty & old. Plus there was ants crawling around. I would never ever stay here again. In fact, I would like to be reimbursed for our stay.
