Check on was a breeze and staff was friendly but unfortunately the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The window still was covered in coffee stains, the A/C unit was very noisy (we slept with headphones on) and there was no fan in the bathroom which caused a lot of moisture in the room after showering (there was some mold in the shower as well due to no ventilation). Beds were comfortable but unfortunately I woke up with bed bug bites. When we checked out I mentioned the issues but all we got was an apology. We've stayed in multiple La Quinta hotels but this one did definitely not meet our expectations.

Pool area was clean, but very strong chlorine smell. Breakfast -hot and cold food, lots of protein. Would have liked dairy based creamer, not the artificial kind and real butter, not butter spread, and yogurt. Convenient access to main highway. Friendly staff. Clean. Beds furm, but comfortable. Would stay here again.

Floors were very dirty, they have not been swept or moped before our stay and there were dried up splatters on the floor, as well as thick dust behind the middle table between the beds. Other than that, the beds for comfortable and breakfast was great

Second stay in three months and will be back next time we stay in Clarksville. Had an incident where a couple on our floor were having a dispute and he kept banging on the door after midnight. Called the front desk and it was handled immediately.

Property was easy to get to from the interstate. Hotel was decent, elevators are not air conditioned though. AC was not on in the room so it took a bit to cool down. The beds are tall, so if you are a short person they are hard to get into. Beds were okay for one night, more than that, we would have had a back ache. If you like pretty firm mattresses, you will love them. Nice pool area and breakfast was the usual fare. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal etc. due to the location, you could hear road noise and also people in the hall. All in all, a decent place to stay.

The mattresses in the room were absolute bricks and wildly uncomfortable. Neighboring rooms had loud dogs and the individual who checked me out never asked if everything was okay with my stay. Honestly I feel like a partial refund is warrented.

Property is pet friendly easy access on and off highway. Staff was very helpful and courteous property is convenient to shopping and food.
