The room was clean and was perfect for my family. Kids loved the pool and there was an area outside for them to practice baseball. Breakfast was great and staff were extremely helpful, nice and friendly.

My wife got sick and we had to stay an extra day in the Dallas area and I tried to cancel the reservation and the note said I had past the check in time. I was several hours before the check in time. Now I did not purchase the insurance so I have no one to blame but myself. But what upset me was the comment about check in.
