We enjoyed a lovely stay - the room was exactly as pictured on the website - comfy and clean. The management and staff are very helpful and very nice. Pickup at the airport was prearranged (must request 24 hours in advance and provide flight info - easily accomplished via the email address link on their website) for $10NZ each and so appreciated after our long flight (Ubers are also readily available). The on-site restaurant, Fig, offered a nice selection of foods and we enjoyed small plates on arrival and a great dinner on another evening. Service was friendly and spot on. The area around the hotel is walkable, with additional restaurants and a large shopping mall and grocery store close by. Highly recommend 😊

Wonderful place to stay, our favourite place in Chch. If we’re being picky: Shampoo, body wash etc is in the wrong end of the shower over bath. Music in buffet breakfast area was outdated and too loud.

Very nice and helpful check-in staff. Clean hotel, very nice room (makeup mirror settings in bathroom!), free parking, and about 15 min drive to town center. Restaurants and gas nearby. Would definitely stay there again. I think you need a car for the location I think.

Great stay with nice updated roons and all amenities available. Sheets were changed after two nights. Air-conditioned and comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were attentive and friendlly, parking is great,, hotel is conveniently. Overall would recommend.
