Check-in was efficient and very friendly. Our questions and requests were met with instant attention. The room was spacious and clean, and the restaurant is next level. Very nice stay, so we went back again the following week. Wonderful.

Was lovely and clean. Great room. Quiet over night. We had dinner in the restaurant which was absolutely beautiful with a good selection and good sized meals. All the staff were very professional and friendly with great service. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay close to everything in Christchurch. Room was great, clean and had everything we needed. Restaurant on site highly recommend. We had dinner there and it was well priced and very enjoyable. They also do buffet breakfast. Parking was free and convenient. Staff very accommodating. Walking distance to many other restaurants and casino.

Loved everything except we would have liked a hot chocolate in the evening but there were no hot chocolate sachets. We booked the executive spa suite and I found the spa bath a little difficult to get out of and I just wonder if a handle or rail of some sort might be useful for older people.

Very pleasant hotel - slightly outside central city but very easy to get to. Second time I have stayed there and I am as pleased as I was the first time. Bar and restaurant are excellent so I had no need to leave the hotel. Room was more than adequate.

Staying there is good but the bed for 2 people is really small uncomfortable and also parking under the tree is not good my truck was all covered with leaves only that area is small for parking
