"The rooms need some upgrade. The linens and shampoo/shower gels, soaps are low quality. They didn’t have anyone available to help with luggage when I arrived. "Rooms were good, Shower glass needs some sort of flap at the bottom as impossible to have a shower without the whole of floor getting wet. Lights not well place next to the bed you have to get out of bed to switch it off, which at night is annoying Also would have preferred some sort of glass partition on the balcony as it is only a low wall, therefore not very private. Staff were very polite and helpful, and service was excellent"
