Beautifully renovated Chincoteague home in an in-town location, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The owner offers a 10% Military Discount.

Enjoy great indoor and outdoor living spaces, including a fenced, landscaped yard and a comfortable deck with a gas grill. Relax and watch the world go by from the front screened porch.

The first floor features a full kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with a convenient half bath.

The second floor includes a bedroom with 2 twins on the right side, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a twin on the left side, and a second bedroom on the left with a queen bed. A large full bathroom is located at the end of the hallway.

Sailor's Rest is Great!

I and my friends had a great stay at Sailor's Rest in Chincoteague, VA. It was the perfect place to relax, cook, and enjoy a long weekend. The house is within a short driving distance from everything (and you can walk too) and the beach is just 3 miles away. I would recommend for anyone wanting a weekend away in Chincoteague.

The property is nicely located, but the property is, just shabby. There are water stains and damage in almost all of the ceilings. The steps and first landing are uneven and dangerous. It is quite evident that the owner(s) ar not keeping up with maintenance.
