We were initially hesitant about staying at this hotel due to no air conditioning units inside the rooms in the middle of a heatwave. However, they provided working fans in each room, which made our two-night stay manageable. I can't remember the name of the lovely woman from Senegal who checked us in and out, but she truly made a difference in our experience. Her professionalism, hard work, and attentiveness were impressive. Thank you to her for making our stay more enjoyable

It was overall good stay. Everything is clean but the thing is which disappointed me is that they dont offer water bottles and you have to purchase from the machine outlet and it cost for £3 for 200ml and that’s quite expensive. Rest is ok

Terrible stay, very noisy, very dirty, holes in the wall, the bathroom shower curtain had stains on it, no towels, no tea or coffee, rude reception staff, doggy lift. Never again would I stay there.

Cheap for a night but beds are not great, very loud elevator, not great heat for a cold night. Easy walk from there to Tokyo Sanaya for a great meal.

Lovely stay

Basic but clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, great coffee. Tables were cleaned quickly after guests were finished. Overall a very pleasant stay.
