Being the largest of the bedrooms in the 1830s addition, this space welcomes you with dark, rich wood set against a historic shade of pink, and highlighted by a floral area rug. The sturdy king poster bed, spacious dresser, writing desk and adequate closet space are well-suited to visitors of historic Chillicothe. The private bath features a walk-in shower, cast iron clawfoot tub, pedestal sink and decorative tile.
This room honors the legacy of all those who have owned this majestic home. The Willis-James is one of the older homes in Chillicothe and recognized on the National Historic Register. Outstanding property and certainly a destination. The details are impeccable and relaxing and make you feel like you are in a five star hotel We enjoyed the breakfasts very much.
