Took three tries to get our key cards to work. Must ask front desk if you want supplies for your kitchen. One shelf in closet was completely broken upon arrival. Smell in hallway was horrible and unidentifiable. No regular cream for the 6a coffee.

It clearly says there is complimentary area shuttle avail at this location which was very important to me. Get to check in and person says never heard of a shuttle. I show him the travelocity website. He says someone on travelocity must be writing false info of the hotel...

Small pillows with no support. Bed harder than I like it. It was tough to sleep on. Everything else fine. Staff was friendly.

The room met our needs for a one night stay. There was a noticeable red stain on the carpet and the room was musty without the A/C running.

Nice hotel, however.
Well.. Me and my husband stayed one night, and upon our arrival the appearance was very eye catching. Customer service was weak all across the board. I mean not, nasty or poor, but very dry even in the morning. My thoughts on the continental breaks was a little boring and was always needing to be filled; my husband had to go back two times. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very pleasant, however I thought there should have been: pots, pans, spoons forks, etc. Long story short me and my husband stay at different hotels so we can see what ranks what to us. When we like a certain place we stay again, just trying to find our favorite five. We are learning what we want in a hotel when its us or our family. My rate.. (Don't take me at my rank, just our opinion) "5" would I stay again yes at another one in a different location. That would be our final rank to decide if we take our family.
