Honeymoon done right by Zensala

This was an absolutely amazing find. Tucked away in a very quiet part of Chiang Mai, this very private and intimate hotel did everything possible to make sure we had a great time. The café that was attached to the hotel that provided room service was incredible, well priced, and provided many flavors to choose from. Bottled water was complementary. Staff was super kind and helpful with anything we needed. Their breakfast menu and what you got for ฿250 was enough to take you through the entire first part of the day without eating again. The pool area was beautiful, and the junior suite was very spacious! Very relaxing and 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to anyone trying to disconnect while enjoying great amenities and luxury.

Hard bed, great hotel

Very nice hotel. Highly recommend the lift suite. Direct pool access from your power level. Like a private pool. Breakfast was amazing as was the service. We had 2 pizzas on different nights and both were great. Only complaint, bed was like wood. Very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Both rooms we took on the 1st floor were clean, pleasant, beds comfortable, towels clean and fresh. We requested twin beds but they didn't have them. There was ample parking space. Loved the full size bottles of coconutty shampoo n bath gel provided that made the bathroom that bit more lux. Staff at reception was warm and welcoming, and spoke English which made communicating convenient in comparison to some other hotels. A minor point that would make the stay even better would be 2 pillows instead of 1 per person. We requested extras and got them the following night. Our Rm 6 has a window in the toilet that opens out onto another room's balcony. It made us feel a little uncomfortable to think that someone there could peer into our toilet if he wanted to. All in all, we had a very lovely stay and miss the sight of that flowing brown river.
