The staff was very friendly and helpful. But this is true for almost all of Thailand. The land of smiles as they say. No complaints about this hotel at all. Saw other reviews about the gong or bells from the temple waking them up early, but we didn't have that problem. And we were on that side also. We were directly across from the temple and didn't get woke up. Our room seemed sound proofed as you couldn't hear the outside noise with balcony door closed. Comfortable bed. Only thing I can think of needing improved would be the shower drain. Shower filled up with about an inch of water as you showered, but that's stretching it to find any complaint if even you can call it a complaint. Very minor issue. Loved our stay!

This hotel was in a great location in the old city. You’ll be able to walk to so many cafes, shops, 7eleven, massage services, etc. Hotel staff was very nice as well. It doesn’t have a whole lot of amenities such as a gym, or microwave in the room, there’s quite a bit of noise outside from construction and nature, and it doesn’t have that “good as new” vibe but an easygoing couple will enjoy a stay for a few nights!

This property was very clean and the staff was wonderful. They were able to assist us with our tour bookings and were able to point us towards the right directions to where we needed to go. It was a little more out the town than we expected but it was all walkable to Old Town Chiang Mai.

Loved my stay here! Staff were friendly throughout. The included breakfast was delicious. Only con I have of this place is that the walls are thin so you can literally hear your neighbors turn on their light switches. Also, the temple next door rings the bells at 5am to wake up the monks, just fyi. Was warned about this when I checked in, but also knew about it after reading some reviews. Only woke up the first morning I stayed, but was so tired that I slept thru the next 2 mornings so didn’t bother me. Overall, would stay here again! The room was stunning!
