I had the pleasure of staying at the Chiang Mai Old Town and can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with a contemporary touch, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The room was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained that standard throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was impressive. Service at this hotel was nothing short of exemplary. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure every need was met with a smile. The on-site dining was also a highlight — the food was fresh, well-prepared, and consistently enjoyable. Best of all, the prices across the board — from dining to spa services — were very reasonable. Speaking of the spa, the treatments were incredible and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. This is a fairly small quite, pretty, boutique hotel located in Chiang Mai old town. The rooms are comfortable, stylish in an understated way and very quiet (except for the rooster alarm clock😂). What makes this hotel OUTSTANDING are the staff members. In all my travels I have never encountered such kind, generous and patient staff members.Truly from a service perspective this hotel is world class.
