Great stay at Thapae

We had a great stay at Thapae Loft. The location was perfect, and the rooms were large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great service at the front desk, and the check-in was seamless. Thanks for a comfortable stay in Chiang Mai!

We planned on staying for a couple of nights and extended twice because we felt so safe and comfortable. The night security guard, we nicknamed him Joe, was truly amazing and always made sure we were comfortable and got home safely. He’d stand guard until we got into the elevator. Absolutely amazing staff but especially Joe! He even made sure we brought an umbrella when he was concerned it would rain. Amazing place and amazing staff

Great base to explore Chiang Mai & excellent location too. Staff were fantastic and rooms are modern and comfortable- great bed. Pool is small but ok for a quick dip and a relax. Loved the trendy feel of the place and so handy to walk out to lots of great bars and restaurants.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and neat, and it is a quite corner of the old city, walking distance to a bunch of attractions. I would definitely recommend Thapae Loft to anyone traveling to Chiang Mai The staff were so helpful and attentive when ever we needed anything and were willing to go the extra mile to help ensure we had a great stay.

Pleasant stay

We had a lovely stay. Our view was rubbish but we were out most of the time anyway. We didn't iin the pool as there was no sunshine. Not enough plug sockets/too close together. Room was adequate in size. Used slippers.

Nice hotel, well maintained. Easy walking to lots of nice restaurants and shops. Nice pool area that we didn’t use. Nice friendly staff. There is security guard at night since there is no enclosed lobby, anyone can use the elevator. Only complaint I had was some nice. Not great noise isolation. Some construction outside. Still overall, great location, cool looks, nice place and pleasant stay.
