A beautiful and unique hotel. The room was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy, although the pillow were too bulky and difficult to sleep on. The location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. A beautiful temple was nearby. The spa was fantastic and at a very reasonable price. Will stay again.

I just can't get over how gorgeous this property is. We were able to check in early (which really made our day considering we just came off of 20 hours of flying). They have a very delicious breakfast buffet and our room was so spacious! They also went our of their way to make us to go breakfast boxes for when we left super early on a tour and also our check out day as we had to leave at 5am for a flight. The laundry option was really nice as we needed a refresh before we headed to our next destination. Also, this property is so close to everything, we walked everywhere and was easy to navigate from the hotel.

The entire experience with staff and property was amazing until we wanted a cab to leave to airport. It wasn’t expensive at all it was just disheartening that after having a wonderful time they told us are bags would be too big for regular cab so without saying it basically refused to get us a cab. They provided hotel van for 250 baht which again is inexpensive but we arrived we same luggage with left with and from airport it only was 89 baht. Besides that entire staff was friendly breakfast was delicious and every other time we needed to get a cab or ride to a destination we had no issues. I would check out Chai Lai Orchid elephant sanctuary it is run by local indigenous people and amazing time. Central Festival mall is also a sight to see. Happy travels.

Nice little gem.

Great location and very friendly/accommodating staff! Walkable to all the spots in the Old City. Room was spacious and beds comfortable—just have to be cautious with the plumbing when using the toilet (guessing bc of city plumbing being fragile). Breakfast was tasty, as was available room dining options. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel and location within old city. Was always smelling great anywhere. Would always go back. Breakfast was great. I recommend not using restaurant for dinner. So much food around.

Beautiful property, kind nice attentive service. Couldn’t help to feel bit pretentious. Bathroom configuration is the worst I ever seen. Not sure who designed it. Water flows all over the floor . It’s a major slip hazard if you are not super super careful.
