Unwelcoming greeting, inaccurate ad stating light breakfast included, was a lie. Was told--after checking in--they haven't offered it since 2021! Bed was missing half the pillows and staff seemed surprised when I wanted the missing pillows for my spouse! The floors made my few and socks dirty when we walked on them! And the non-smoking room stank of stale smoke!

Why does it smell so bad?

Was in town for work so I reserved about a 5 day stay. Up front was pretty wack, went through a third party and payed for the 5 nights but when i came in they made me pay an extra $60 which is pretty wild. When i got my room it smelt horrid, there was a lamp missing, and the bed was uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and sleeping IN MY CAR it was so bad, so i messaged the third party to cancel the remaining days and get my money back and when I went to return the key they gave me nothing but attitude when i walked in.

The first thing was I had a hard time with the door. The bottom of the door scraped the floor and was hard to open. The glass in the mirror over the sink was broken. Where the hairdryer was suppose to be was only the holder attached to the wall. There was no hairdryer.

This is the dirtiest place i have been in and i could not sleep due to the smell of cigarettes all over the place. Along with drunk men all over the site it made me feel uneasy and unsafe.

The property that we had was supposed to be a non smoke area however the smoking from others were still seeping in. The sink was broken and the place was dirty. Although the site says breakfast is included, it is not.

This property was absolutely horrible poor customer service. Once we got into our room the curtains were open TV was on the bed near the front door head stains on it. The hand towels in the bathroom were dirty and stained there's a crack in the sink in the bathtub was missing pieces. I did not take any pictures of the property or a room because of the poor conditions I highly recommend not staying at this property
