This place was awesome. It was like a resort community. Our room had a full kitchen, living room, jacuzzi tub, shower, back yard patio & 2 TV’s. All the rooms were immaculate. The staff was friendly, kind & helpful. We’ll be going back to this place someday.

Check in was great and smooth, the very first room we got was INFESTED with ANTS. I was at the resort celebrating Valentine's Day (decorated room😡) cooked dinner and was about to shower when I noticed them in the bathroom along with ant traps. I instantly got upset after i noticed the trail of ants and begin to search the entire room to find them in the bed😠. I'm sure they were aware of that particular room having a ant infestation because they were ready and willing to give us another room with no problem. We were offered 1 extra hour to check out for our inconvenience, I don't feel that was enough after us having to literally pack everything and go to another room. The second room was much better we were just tired and exhausted packing and moving to another room.
