I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I booked through your website, it clearly stated that breakfast was included with the room. However, upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast was not included. This was very disappointing, as it was one of the main reasons I chose your hotel over others. I believe this information on your website is misleading and should be corrected immediately to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue.

The first room on 2nd floor was smelling very bad like mildew . I let the hotel staff know and was transferred to the 4th floor where everything was fine . Also know that the parking is very misleading it states parking on premises is free in google and Expedia where I booked but than when you get there , they charge you $12 per day !

The hotel was so fancy, but still kid friendly. The staff was very quick and helpful. They text so we had a quick and easy communication line, but housekeeping also stopped in the morning to see if we needed anything. It was clean, updated, comfortable, and safe. Complete with complimentary chocolate chip cookies! Great stay. Little costly, but so worth it.

Overall the hotel is okay. This was listed as a 4 star property and I would disagree. It is outdated and a bit run down. The staff that was there was very nice but obviously short staffed. We waited for 20 min to be seated for a pre-paid buffet breakfast. The food options at the bar/restaurant were limited. The food was not good. The pool was great - it was very busy with lots of family’s but the hotel lacked staff picking up towels, trash etc. so the pool was messy. They had a hard time keeping up with the pool towels. Every time we were there - there was not any towels.

The bed and linens were comfortable. The TV was a nice size. Front desk personnel were very helpful. One thing that I didn't like was the water quality. It seemed very hard compared to previous visits. I also don't like that you have started charging for parking since my last visit.

Room was in good shape! Ew—refillable toiletries

Check-in didn’t take too long despite only seeing one person at the front desk. Room was great—must’ve been redone recently. Parking was easy the entire time. Honestly, my only complaint is the refillable toiletries bottles that don’t have tamper-proof locks on them. Ewwww!
