"The Hotel was not fit to be open to the public. The room was badly in need of redecorating. The bathroom basin was blocked. The whole place was shabby. You stuck to the dinning room floor when walking on it. Could carry on but would run out of writing space. Staff were great though!"

"Overall an excellent hotel. Only issue was one of the 2 lifts was broken as under repair. On the 6th floor meant it was along wait going up or down. Stairs was not an option for me I am afraid. Other wise it was great value for money"
