"以前のホテル名だった頃から何度も利用してきたホテルですが、今回の滞在を最後に、もう戻ってくることはないと思います。 到着日は朝早かったため、すぐにチェックインできないことは承知していました。ただ、レンタカーに荷物を載せたままにできない事情があり、チェックインまで荷物だけでも預かってもらおうとホテルに立ち寄りました。車寄せで女性スタッフに「チェックインです」と伝えると、窓越しに「チェックインは3時以降です」と言われました。もちろんそのことは分かっていたので、荷物だけ預かってほしいと説明し、最終的には預かってもらえましたが、最初の対応には正直驚きました。 部屋に入ると、タオルが2セットしかありませんでした。予約は大人2名＋添い寝の子供1名です。フロントに伝えると「添い寝の子供なのでタオルは2セットです」との説明。これまで多くのホテルを利用してきましたが、このような対応は初めてでした。追加のタオルをお願いすると「今回だけ」と言われ、翌日ハウスキーピング後もまた2セットしかなく、再度同じ説明をすることになりました。 ..."
