Pure magic. The stunning views, the hidden babbling stream right outside my door and the perfectly appointed, beautiful and warm room. And Carol the amazing host. Perfect breakfast every day. This was my favorite stop on our adventures in Scotland and I hope to get back.

The room was clean, the hotel areas were nice but I feel that the staff could have been friendlier. It was kind of an awkward feeling and there wasn’t an enthusiasm to help us find where to go or to accommodate any requests. Roseneath Guest House
No complaints at all. I was giving an upgrade on arrival to a room with a lovely comfortable four poster bed, with an amazing view. 5/10 minute walk to the city centre. Hostess was very welcoming. Will definitely stay again.
