The room was first class and the hotel is absolutely wonderful! The spa treatment was superb and all of the staff were fantastic! The pool was great and the view from the redo was amazing! Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Koh Chang!!

My only issue was in the dining area and I think it was the manager there cause she was taking pictures of the food but while I was there, maybe 6:57 she snapped at me saying it starts at seven. The room was nice, not fancy, but clean and pleasant. The hotel servers and cleaning crews were quite friendly and helpful. The dining pavilion, the bar, and the grounds in the center of the property were all quite nice.
