Upstairs you will find another lounging loft area and 2 bedrooms. Cool colors of Cape Cod, and tastefully appointed décor. Spacious deck and patio area, large backyard, and best of all, just a quick walk to Lighthouse Beach and downtown Chatham. After a day at the beach, rinse the salt and sand off in the enclosed outdoor shower, then walk into town for dinner and a movie. Central A/C in main house, and 1 window a/c unit in the cottage. We had a great weekend stay in Chatham. It was the perfect location with a short walk to restaurants as well as the Lighthouse beach. Hope to be back next season.

Beautiful house in amazing location!
Lovely renovated historic house in walking distance of downtown, Lighthouse Beach and Chatham Bars Inn (definitely head there for lunch with a view!). Spacious, modern conveniences, clean, great yard and basic games for garden/beach chairs etc. highly recommend!

Delightful, spacious 4 bedroom home on a quiet street.
Located within walking distance of the center of Chatham, Cape Abilities store, and Lighthouse beach. Large modern kitchen, dining and living rooms, spacious private deck, outdoor shower. There is a separate house out back with bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom, ideal for in-laws, guests, or adult child.
