Recently built to suit every vacationer's whim. This truly one-of-a-kind compound will be sure to delight all of your family and guests. The estate sprawls with resort inspired land and hardscapes, pool, and outdoor firepit, nestled alongside the headwaters of Upper Mill Pond & Mitchell River. There are two well appointed dwellings on the property consisting of a 4+ bedroom main house as well as a 2 bedroom guest cottage. Both homes were lovingly designed with exquisite furnishings, modern en-suite baths and kitchens, and attention to every detail and interior refinement. The main floor affords a first floor primary bedroom with en-suite bath. The main floor also affords a laundry, pantry, powder room, and a living/dining great room off of the kitchen. From the main floor guests can overlook the pool deck below from a deck outfitted for outdoor dining and grilling convenience. The second floor features two additional guest bedrooms with vaulted ship-lap ceilings which share a hallway bathroom. The lower level offers a large family/media room with a wet bar, another full bath, exercise room (with bonus murphy king bed) and another ensuite bedroom. The pool deck is surrounded by native stone retaining walls, luxurious seating for lounging, a gas fire pit to extend your evenings, and of course a Cape Cod staple... outdoor shower.
Adjacent to the main house is an adorable two bedroom cottage with a great room a first floor eat-in kitchen and living room. Above yields two well appointed guest rooms each with their own baths and a second floor stackable laundry in the hallway closet.
