Spacious 4 bedroom family home in the seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage. The house was recently renovated, includes all modern equipment for a comfortable stay, and is located in a quiet residential area 12 minutes walk from the beach and all commodities.

Châtelaillon-Plage is a lovely seaside report with activities for the whole family. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance from the house. (https://www.chatelaillon-plage-tourisme.fr/)

There is also plenty to visit and explore within a 30-45 minutes drive; the famous city of La Rochelle, the islands of Ré and Oléron, the Green Venice in the Marais Poitevin.

Nous avons séjourné ici avec nos deux enfants (3 et 9 ans) et avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Tout était exactement comme décrit dans l’annonce et correspondait parfaitement aux photos.Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, accueillants et serviables. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la petite attention à notre arrivée.L’emplacement est idéal : dans un quartier calme, tout en étant à seulement 10 à 15 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage. Un très bon boulanger à seulement 10 minutes à pied. La Rochelle et Rochefort sont à 15 min en voiture. La maison et le jardin sont très bien équipés et parfaitement adaptés aux familles. Nos enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le jardin, avec notamment un petit but de football et un panier de basket pour notre fils.Nous avons été vraiment très satisfaits de notre séjour et recommandons vivement ce logement. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Maison très agréable à vivre. Conforme aux photos et des attentions laissées par les proprietaires, utiles et participant au confort général. Notre bébé a beaucoup joué dans le jardin. 2 boulangeries à moins de 10 minutes à pieds, centre-ville facilement accessible, de même que la plage même s'il faut marcher davantage.
