Hotel is brand new so we decided to try it. Clean, reasonably priced, and in a good safe location. A bit on the "no frills" level. No pool or outside patio. Morning breakfast very minimal. Would I stay there again?? Probably if price stays on the reasonable side.

This property recently opened. Stayed due to good reviews. Room feels generic and empty. No hotel amenities except tiny, little circle bar of body soap. Has a full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, and cooktop for being an extended stay, however common essentials that most other such hotels provide are not included. Very noisy AC. Due to being a very new building, the room has a very strong odor that can be bothersome for some.

Property and the facility itself was clean. Rooms were very well taken care of. We could have coffee whenever we wanted it and their vending machines worked. The staff there was very friendly and helpful

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful! They mentioned it is new and opened last month. It was clean and conveniently located - about fifteen minutes to downtown or to UVA. There weren’t any amenities but there is a free breakfast until 9:30 am.

Staff very friendly. A new property and looks great. No carpet in the bedrooms is fine, but I noticed dust on the floors. Lack of carpet gives room an echo. Snack machine options limited and expensive. The room is nice and chair is very comfortable.

The check-in process was chaotic. They seemed understaffed and the front desk was so slow to do simple check-ins. Some rooms were ready, then they weren't. Other guests were frustrated with the check-in process as well. Overall, the room was clean and everything in the room was functional, which, considering the start of the stay, was a pleasant surprise!

This was a very stripped down hotel. DO NOT be fooled by “breakfast included” at 8 am on a Sunday morning there were two packages of Quaker granola bars and coffee pots were empty. Vending machine for drinks was out of order as was the only ice machine in the hotel. Bare minimum comfort. Bed was a mattress on a frame with very flimsy bedding. No in room toiletries. Floors in room were filthy - like they were mopped with dirty water.

Property was open for only about a week. Being that it was so new, everything was new and clean. Only wish they had better breakfast, which consisted of only coffee, prepacked muffins and hard boiled eggs, granola bars and packets of oat meal.

New Hotel

Hotel just opened a week prior to our stay. The room was clean. Everything worked as it should. Was a little surprised that it didn’t have a hair dryer. Could have used one. No ice machine on the upper floors. Breakfast was ok. Free coffee, breakfast bars, yogurt, fruit and muffins.

I’d come back!

Came for a couple nights while working at a nearby hospital, so my experience is for sleeping during the day. The bed was comfy enough and the room was clean. I would just be aware that the walls and floors are thin, so I could hear in the lobby and my upstairs neighbors quite well. For most though this probably won’t be a problem since everyone will be hopefully asleep at the same time. Overall it was a fine stay for what I needed it for, and I plan on coming back.
