It is a new property with an unusual entry in the back of the building. There are no designated spots near the entry to unload your vehicle. When we arrived all the spots near the front door were taken and we had to take a cart through the handicapped parking to our vehicle. Although they have coffee available 24/7 in the lobby you have to request a coffee maker if you want one in your room.

New place to stay in C’Ville.

The Extended Stay America is a relatively new building. The staff were friendly. The rooms are a bare minimum with nothing fancy. My biggest complaint is the bed was not comfortable. The shower could have used some grab bars. As far as breakfast, you should plan to go out and eat. Some of the people staying at the hotel took most of what was available. Overall, not bad.

The grounds were really nice. The hotel itself was very nice very New very updated. The grounds around it were very disheveled and not nice looking. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. My room was very clean, but the floor did have some weird spots on it, but it wasn’t dirty. It was just like damaged.

Welcoming front desk staff

The front desk manager for this hotel is very accommodating and helpful, providing cooking essentials for those who are staying for extended times. The rooms are comfortable and clean in this hotel, which is brand new as of a few months. We stayed there overnight in the middle of a cross town move.

Internet & breakfast lacking but slept great!

My husband said the room felt sterile and had an echo. We had one less than full roll of toilet paper and ran out by the first morning, had to ask front desk for more. People walking around above us were a bit loud at times. The breakfast was a couple pre packaged muffins or granola bars. The internet was okay to stream video but my husband was trying to get work done at one point and the internet wasn’t sufficient for that. To be honest, not really a big deal to me. We both slept well with our white noise going in comfortable beds. The small window had a great shade that blocked out the light almost completely. While we’ve certainly stayed in better hotels, this one was certainly fine! Great location and we enjoyed both hiking and great restaurants.
