This gorgeous lakefront A-Frame home underwent a complete remodel in late 2022 and is ready for you to enjoy!

This 5000 sq ft A-Frame style home features 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, three decks, an entertainment area and comfortably sleeps 16.

The Chalet on Lake Wylie has three levels with bedrooms on all levels on a flat lot close to the water’s edge.

It is situated in a quiet family neighborhood in a very desirable area. Located in the quaint little town of Belmont with a downtown area filled with shopping, restaurants and breweries, you may be able to catch live music during Friday Night Live Concert series when visiting during the summer or close enough to visit Christmastown, USA in McAdenville during the Christmas holidays.

We strive to create an experience for our guests so you’ll plan to come back year after year.

In the kitchen, there is a large, custom table that can accommodate at least 12 people for a nice dinner or family game night.

During the day, take a kayak or paddle-board out in the calm cove waters, jump off the dock to cool off, blow up a float and lounge in the lake, have morning coffee or tea on the dock or on any of the decks, go fishing, or take the pontoon for a tubing adventure. Maybe you’ll catch a gorgeous sunset on the way back. In the evening, gather for s’mores around the fire pit.

If there is rain in the forecast, enjoy the entertainment area on the basement level. It includes a bar, sitting area, and a large screen smart TV for viewing sports games. Adjacent to this space houses a ping pong table and pool table for your enjoyment.

The neighborhood is a quiet lake community. The driveway wraps around to the water side of the property, so there should be plenty of parking to accommodate your group.

Kayaks and paddle-boards are included with your stay. Reserve a pontoon for an additional fee and based on availability, as the boats are marketed to other vacation homes nearby.

To be respectful of our neighbors close by, there will be no more than our max guest limit of 16, without host approval.

PLEASE NOTE: There is parking available for up to 12 cars stacked in the driveway. No parking on the street or in the grass. This is a No Smoking property. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the home will constitute a $1000 fine. Also, we have cameras monitoring the front and back doors.
