Avoid at all costs
The absolute worst VRBO experience I have ever had. Communication with the owners was very bad. I texted the owners when I was an hour away like instructed. Didnt receive an acknowledgement of my text. I eventually called the owner, he answered and said his phone was dead and didnt get my text (yet he answered the phone somehow). He said he was on the way to meet me. I sat at the property for three hours waiting for him. At the 1.5 hour mark of me waiting, I called (after sending several texts with no response) an he said he was having some personal issues and apologized for keeping me waiting. He said he was about to pull in. Well, another 1.5 hours pass and nothing. Not responding to texts or answering my call. I told him I wanted a refund and was leaving to get a hotel room. He eventually arrived to where we were supposed to meet but it was too late I was already gone. I can understand if this was an isolated issue, stuff happens, but there were two other people on the comments that complained about waiting for him and a bad check-in process.

Nice place location awesome person in charge does respond but it was rushed and can tell someone possibly stays there little essential things missing couldn’t use closet shower wasn’t the cleanest but i think it would be better next time if there we’re actually checking the app to see there bookings

Loved my stay... celebrating my girlfriends borthday and the host had us a lil alcoholic beverage with shot glass very nice enjoyed the view.... the decor....HUGE TV's and overall very great setup i am booking again most defnitely

In town for business
Our stay was not unpleasant, it is a nice property. There could be some improvements for future visitors. The place could be cleaner: there were toys under the couch, debris in the laundry area, and personal items stuffed into drawers. There could have been more provisions for comfort: there was no coffee pot (had to buy one), there were no trash bags, there were cooking utensils missing (no spatulas). The AC was not working when we arrived, and there was no resolution during our stay. The host provided a portal AC unit which only kept the place around 74 degrees. It was so hot, and we were miserable.
