If the owner put just 100 into the unit with two coffee cups that match and two tall glasses that match and replace the coffee pot, it would make a big difference. Two matching forks, knives and spoons would be nice as well. The tiny little soaps are ridiculous but that’s probably the management company.

Long Weekend Getaway with Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location with friendly staff. The building however needs repairs. Ripped hallway carpeting, musty room smell, inoperable ice machine.

I was very disappointed in how old and rundown the unit was. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. The "kitchenette" was extremely small and didn't even have a full size sink. The location is amazing for accessing downtown Charleviox, and the ice maker was definitely a plus. We also had a gross mud leak on the porch at check-in, that if we had not asked to have it cleaned they would have been fine leaving it there. Also beware of there cancellation policy. I was charged 20% for cancelling a unit 4 months in advance, even though I was still renting another unit on the property.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The walls are very thin and you hear people talking, walking up and down the stairs, doors opening and closing, water running, people walking above you at all hours of the night. If you have noisy neighbors, you're not going to get much sleep.

The property was good and older, but you can tell they are making progress in updating it. It was a great location, and everything was functional. The pool looked clean and heated.

Location was perfect

We were able to walk into town to shop and eat and walk to the pier behind the property. The pool area was not well kept and not heated even though it was advertised as such. Staff were friendly and responsive. Parking was a bit wacky but manageable. We would probably find another property next time but it was great for the price.

The facilities and the staff were fine. All of these condos are privately owned and this particular one was a disgusting, filthy dump. We ended up leaving and finding other accommodations.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was good! Booking was easy, the information how to get into the condo was easy to follow and it’s in a great location. The condo overall was decent and had a nice little screened in patio. It could use some updating and touch up work. The bathroom doors didn’t shut all the way and there were lots of cracks in the walls and flooring.

Cozy

Very nice and cozy for the two of us. Did have an extra room if we want to bring our kids next time which we plan on doing. Very clean. Quit at night. Had a nice pool but we did not use it. Very close to downtown so we walked one day to enjoy down Charlevoix.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very cozy and well furnished. Something that I didn't realize from the photos was that I had access to a screened in porch, which was nice to sit in during the evening to relax and unwind. The hotel was also very conveniently. It was only a short walk to the beach and located only a couple blocks from some excellent restaurants, including the Bridge Street Tap Room. I highly recommend this hotel.
