Really nice place. Great location. Clean, quiet and homey. Very comfortable beds! Loved the direct beach access. Deck furniture was a lil worn but that happens with salt air…and we just used our beach chairs so it all worked out. View of the sunrise in the morning and the stars at night were amazing! Definitely planning a return visit.

The home was lovely. I would definitely rent here again. The location was great and had pretty much everything you would need for a comfortable family vacation. We had our 2 adult children and their S/O with my husband and I. Website listing was very accurate. Be warned that a surf school sets up in front of the house every morning from 9-12 so beach spots may be hard to come by unless you grab them before they come or after they leave. Prior to our stay, I had a difficult time getting a return phone call from the management company. Had to call 3 times over 2 weeks before I could get someone live and get my question answered.

The Coffey’s Folly Beach Trip

Beautiful home located right on the Beach. Beautiful views from The LR , Screened in Porch , Master BR and Deck. Pet Friendly!! Had issue with the Heat Pump not cooling .. didn’t even get to call it in. The Tech was there to fix it within 15 minutes of our arrival and fixed the issue quickly. They were aware of this issue and came right on out to the house. Very clean house and the Area of location is very nice and private. We rented a golf cart ( street legal ) and went riding all over the Island with our 3 doggies. Definitely would stay here again. We Celebrated our Dog “ Peyton’s 7th Birthday “ at the Beach House also !!

Great locaction

House has great views & access to beach. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working & someone came out same day to fix it. It worked for 1 day & then house went back to 81. Folly beach is a fun place to visit and Charleston is close by with great restaurants and and shops

This is a rental company not a privately owned house

There is black mold by the shower in the jack and Jill bathroom .The door on the screen porch has large gaps between the door and frame. You are unable to sit on The deck during day due to bugs that swarm you and will bite . Due the porch door not sealing correctly you can’t sit on the screened in porch either . Rooms are smaller than they appear online . Beds were very comfortable but I wish there was a screen on the master bedroom door so you can leave it open. Master bedroom door won’t even open half way due the bed being to close to the door . Great location and the beach is very clean . If you plan on doing laundry bring your own detergent..

A Perfect Thanksgiving

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely stunning beachfront rental! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beachfront rental and I cannot say enough about how amazing it was. The location is simply unbeatable - just steps away from the pristine white sandy beach and ocean waters. The rental itself was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities one could possibly need for a perfect vacation. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and enjoying breakfast on the screened porch overlooking the ocean was a dream come true. The property managers were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of fantastic. I cannot wait to return to this little slice of paradise and would highly recommend this beachfront rental to anyone looking for an unforgettable beach getaway.

Cute beach cottage. Great location.

This cottage was super cute and a fabulous beachfront location. We did have a few fixable problems. The water in the shower would jump from ice cold to really hot. The TV in the living room had bad reception and while surfaces were clean, the insides of cupboards were not, nor were the closets. All pretty easy fixes for an otherwise charming house.

Great bungalow for a family vacay

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cute oceanfront bungalow! It was just the right amount of space for us, our 2 daughters and their 2 friends. The home came well equipped. The beds may be the most comfortable beds we’ve experienced at a VRBO. The beach is actually closer than the pictures even look. It was great because we could easily keep an eye on the girls on the beach even when we were inside prepping lunch. Management was extremely responsive when we had questions and super friendly. We will definitely be back and we will definitely look to rent from Carolina One again!

Wonderful Dog Friendly Stay

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to take our dogs for the week to Folly Beach. We really enjoyed being beachfront and loved spending time on the back screened in patio. Looking forward to returning next year!

Summer trip

Summer trip- my family and I had a wonderful time at Folly Beach beach. The house was the perfect size for me and my family. We also brought the dog along. The house is set on a beautiful location on the beach. Amazing views and steps from the beach. We look forward to going back.

Breath of fresh air…

The house was open, airy, comfortable, bright, and spotless. The view is perfect and the location is fantastic. Carolina One was really responsive to any need we had and very communicative. The screen porch is lovely and the open deck is perfect for star gazing at night. One thing to know is that if you plan to cook while there, you will need your own knives and cutting boards. The only cutting board provided is a slab of granite, which is likely why none of the knives provided could cut anything. There is only one serving bowl. So, it isn’t a well stocked kitchen for cooking, but it has the basics. The path to the beach is in disrepair, so be careful as the boards are curling up and some nails are . raised. The steps to the beach are covered in sand, which can be a little tricky to traverse and not good for elderly guests. Still, it was charming and welcoming,. We loved every minute there and would return.

Recently refurbished and very well equipped, clean. We had a minor maintenance issue that was resolved promptly. Beds were clean and comfortable, even the pillows were good. The walkway to the beach is the only problem with the property, and completely out of character. The walkway boards are severely warped, lose, rusty, and protruding nails abound. There is a well maintained public access point nearby and if you have any mobility issues I highly recommend using the public access.
