Perfection!

How many times can you say “this rental is perfect”? From the communication with Matt prior to the moment of checkout, that phrase was repeated over and over. The open floor plan, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood all make you feel like your in your own home. And then there is the pool- amazing! Much larger and lush than you’d expect at a private residency. The location is an easy and short drive to the beach and downtown. Absolutely book this property. You so won’t be sorry.

Good time with the fellas!

Booked this cool spot for a long weekend, and it did not disappoint. The open floor plan was perfect for our group and the location couldn't have been better for the activities we had planned. (Golf, beach, food, and night life) Matt was helpful every step of the way with recommendations and assistance. A storm went through just before our arrival which left some downed limbs in the pool, so called Matt and someone came within a few hours to clean up (which was awesome!). Thanks again Matt for welcoming us into your place. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area!

Great House, tons of room and the pool is a great addition!

True to photos and a wonderful house for large families. We loved having our own private pool. Perfect location if you want Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston.
