This is our second year staying at this location and it was just as wonderful as the first year.The home is beautifully furnished and the kitchen well stocked with anything we needed.Our family has made many happy memories staying there!

Beauty of Kiawah

This was our second stay at this property. The location is amazing. The house is over the top beautiful with an amazing marsh view. Very well stocked kitchen. Easy bike ride to the beach through ocean course. We did have an issue with the upstairs AC being spotty, which was taken care of quickly. Thanks!

Amazing Kiawah rental

Absolutely stunning home in a beautiful location. Loaded with everything you need. The screened in porch was amazing at night to experience the marsh. Quick bike ride to the beach. Take the trail out to ocean course. The deer walked through the front yard most mornings. Would love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5 that had a wonderful week stay at this home. The location and views are excellent. Furniture is nice with lots of sitting areas and places to enjoy the preserve. House is on a lovely quiet street with minimal traffic. Perfect park like settings for a home. Beach is close and accessible however a bit hard for young kids to bike there. If you appreciate Kiawah as our family does, this is a absolutely wonderful spot. We hope to return. Some minor areas for improvement: dining table seat cushions were worn. Happy to water the plants as asked but perhaps leave a token of goodwill / thanks as not every guest would necessarily like the responsibility. The garage / bottom floor wasn’t recently cleaned. My kids wouldn’t go back into the ping pong room after the first day because of all the spider webs / bugs. Add some basic supplies for other families to use. The whole beach gear rental market is just about the only think we don’t like about Kiawah Island. Just leave a bunch of beach toys/chairs in the garage / ground floor storage area to make everything easier. Again we loved our stay and wish to return. This is just some ideas to make it even better.

The views are better than the pictures show and there is plenty of room to relax, space out and enjoy all that this place has to offer. The location is great for visits to the Ocean Course or going to the beach. There are 2 beach accesses that can be used. You can walk across the Ocean Course path to one access or take a short bike ride to the access down by the Kiawah Island Club. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for luxury, location and peacefulness!

We love all the different gathering spaces so that small groups could work on a puzzle, another group could watch sports, and others could play a game or read a book without disturbing each other. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. The beach area on Ocean Course, which was just a short walk from the house, was secluded -we had the beach to ourselves (except for the ocasional dog walker). We cannot recommend this house enough.

The home has amazing views of the marsh but is still very close to the beach. Some may not like how far into the island Ocean Course is but we loved being away from the crowds. There was plenty of space for family gathering for games, meals and puzzles but also room for folks to retreat and read a book. The craftsmanship and details throughout the home were spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed. We may never stay anywhere else again!

There are plenty of spaces for people to have their own space but then larger spaces for everyone to gather. The kitchen is a cook's dream! The screened porch provides a tranquil space while overlooking the marsh and is pure heaven. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Everything you need is at this home! The beach is an easy, lovely walk through the golf course.
