We have five couples who travel once a year for a trip and the house is perfect for us! Right on the beach as advertised. The outdoor areas were very nice to hang out. The location was amazing! Highly recommend.

Perfect for a family gathering

This was a wonderful place to enjoy a Christmas gathering of a family of 14: great kitchen with equipment to fill every need, plenty of comfortable living space, great beach location. A couple of my sons commented that there also was plenty of private bath space for all the ladies. We loved this place and hope to return.

Spring Break 2025

We have stayed at Folly beach once a year for at least 10 years! The teens said this house was the best one ever!! Location was perfect, layout was great and with plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or enjoy their own personal space. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was amazing and the deck was perfect for morning coffee and lunch. We would absolutely LOVE to stay here again!

“Surely” is surely a great!

Great home to stay on your vacay! Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a large family or multiple families. Very clean. Management is very helpful. Loved every minute of our stay!

Bedrooms are laid out nicely. Porch has a great view of the ocean. Close enough to center of Folly to walk (10 minutes), but far enough away to avoid the crowds.

Perfect for our family.

Roomy, lots of beds and baths, good for our big family. Lovely location, great porch for dolphin and pelican watching! perfect for elderly folks: they can be outside and see the ocean without a lot of effort. Good open kitchen/dining/living area.... we could all be together without being on top of each other.

Awesome getaway, especially for large groups!

This house had way more beds than we needed (2-3 per room upstairs, one each downstairs) but it didn’t take away from the floor space or house size. Very clean house, had everything we needed. I appreciate a well stocked kitchen and this didn’t disappoint! Great owner communication, we loved this house and the location! Will definitely be back again!!!

Bachelorette Party Folly Beach Getaway!

This house is amazing! Backyard is a dock directly to the ocean. Perfect location if you’re looking for a relaxing charming stay, along with the opportunity to walk downtown for some food, shopping and bar hopping! It was the perfect opportunity to celebrate our friend getting married, giving us the fun and the chill stay she wanted. We were able to explore Charleston and Folly Beach, and during our stay we had yoga on the beach in the backyard, hired a company to set up and take down beach chair and umbrella rentals, and were able to do a boat charter.I will absolutely be returning next time with my family.Perfect for families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and anything in between.

Perfect family vacation spot

This is the fourth time we have rented this house and we feel very much at home there. The only downside is the ant problem on the tongue and groove portion of the porch. Hard to sweep all food particles off. Pressure washing may help. Great house for our extended family.

Family vacation

Home plenty large enough. Could use some updating. Dishwasher wasn’t working and with 10 people was a big hassle. Sewage overflow in the driveway was not pleasant either. The back deck with view was awesome.

Great to work with!

Great location, plenty of room for guests! The kitchen is completely stocked with more pots and pans and accessories than you could ever need. Absolutely loved having the icemaker, that was awesome! Probably could use an upgrade on the fridge soon! Stephen was great to work with, given the rescheduling and uncertainty of Covid. Very generous!

Wonderful home for large family

Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time at Surely House the week of the 4th of July. It was the perfect beach house - comfortable and family friendly. The house had plenty of beds to accommodate us and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to eat in every night. There were dishes, pots and pans, glassware, etc. for our large group as well as seating for all of us. We loved the porch which ran the length of the house and the location which was close enough to walk to the pier. We hope to return next summer as we were so happy with everything!
