Very clean room, staff very courteous. Breakfast was fantastic. Only complaint was electric outlets dont work properly. Cant get electricity out of them without manipulating it and kinking the chord to put pressure on the connection point. If they worked, that was only way. Usb ports same. Either dont work or have to manipulate chord. All outlets. Exhast fan in bathroom dont work at all. Called front desk from their room phone, they cant hear anything I say. Entry way light was intermittent which was fixed the next day.

I don’t think this deserves the 9.2 rating it has. They stopped filling up any breakfast items early. So we weren’t able to eat much. The front entrance smelled like smoke and the facility was just average. 30 minutes from downtown. I can say there are better options in West Ashley.

I would like to thank Stacey for the instant response to a warranted house keeping situation. I would like to thank James for everything. The staff is very helpful and appeasing to whatever your needs are. If you have a problem or unpleasant situation, this is the staff you would want to handle it. I would recommend this hotel due to the staff members that exhibited great leadership skills and the way they went out of their job expectations at hand to give you a memorable experience.
