Staff is very nice. Best part of the hotel. The utensils at breakfast and plates were dirty. No microwave in the room. Slight power outage but not a big deal. One slow working elevator. Dumpster trash pick up was very loud next to our 4 th window. Housekeeping did not provide two extra blankets when requested. The nice night housekeeping provided them upon request later.

Being successfully self employed for over 40 years The ladies that work the front desk morning and evening shifts are overworked, trying to check people in and others wanting to buy snacks that have to be made in kitchen area. They were broke out in a sweat. You need to provide help for them or give them a big raise. We appreciated their commitment to satisfy everyone with a smile nevertheless the work load.

The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable and inviting. Not like a regular hotel room. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. They made us feel very welcome and they were proud of their work! And the breakfast was great! Lots of variety, hot and cold foods. Yummy!
