There was no fan in the bathroom…this was not pleasant, for obvious reasons. The breakfast: ran out of coffee cream, coffee was terrible and full of grounds, tables were not wiped off (area seemed understaffed). I would not recommend a stay at this hotel.

Close to Charleston‘s attractions and the beach - all in about 30 min driving distance. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Unfortunately, pool was closed for maintenance and only 1 elevator was working. Friendly staff and quiet inside hotel, some road noise from interstate. Would stay there again.

the place was very Clean, One elevator did not work, the other was slow. the breakfast was ok , the eggs and sausage where cold , coffee was good , but there was no coffee during the day. wi-fi did not work for me , i was disappointed. Pool was not open , wanted to take a dip ,its one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

Disappointed that the Hyatt is advertised as an airport hotel but doesn’t provide airport shuttle service. I didn’t know that it didn’t until after I booked my room, and would have chosen another hotel which does offer the service.
