Disliked: Cleanliness
Location is great if want some night life. Easy check-in and spacious. However, several rooms within the home had mold on the ceiling, on the base boards or both. I shared photos with the owner and he say they would check the unit out. I had to follow up a few times to then ultimately receive photos of the mold being cleaned up with "we inspected the property and could not find any mold"...that's because you had it cleaned. Then said they noticed some water stains. Feel free to view the pictures and ask yourself if it's mold or old water stains (it's both). I asked for a 50% refund and received zero. Regardless, if you're a young college kid maybe you don't mind the mold but for adults traveling across the country or those with respiratory issues I'd look elsewhere.

Great house

The house is in a great location and just as described. It is a great layout for a large group of teens with the bunk room. The owners were fantastic and very responsive. Parking is a little tight, but no need to get the car out a lot with the location of the house!
