The staff were very kind and professional but the room smelled of mold and must. If you keep the bathroom door closed it wasn’t as bad. But after a shower the mold smell would permeate the room.

We only stayed for a night and that’s probably why we rationalized some things when we should have asked for a room change. Our room smelt damp and musty when we walked in and you could feel the carpet was a little wet, as well the a/c unit was rattling constantly and there was a bright light outside our window, so made for a tough night of sleep. The breakfast service was going to be a half hour late so we were unable to eat before having to leave for a scheduled activity that morning. The staff were so nice, so we really wished we had just asked for a room change as that likely would have made a difference. It is a great location and kind staff, just wish we had a nicer room to actually stay in

The staff here were exceptional! Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room we were assigned to had an overwhelming smell of mildew but once you got the air moving in the room, it was tolerable. The pillows were super smackyd and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
