The Ashley Suite was exactly as described and met our needs perfectly. Very comfortable at an unbeatable location. Walking distance to everything and the vintage elevator added to the charm. We are moving right around the corner the end of this month or we would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is well kept and clean. The location is great. The listing doesn’t say that the two rooms have no windows (they are internal and without any windows or natural light). Also you can hear all the noose from adjacent rooms.

This unit is in an amazing location!! the window in the living area faces king street right across from Little Hot Biscuit, right next door to a great steakhouse and rooftop bar, and just about a block from one of the best rated restaurants in town. The apartment is one of several over Sewing Down South and its truly a little slice of living in Charleston. There are 2 doors one off King street and one in the back if you have a car. There is a daily charge for parking your car (parking everywhere is a premium) they are both controlled by numerical keypads, as well as one entering the top where all the units are. We felt very safe and secure, the units seem well insulated we were never bothered with noise from the street at all, they supply all the usual towels, tp, soap etc but there seems to be an abundance of it in this unit. The bedrooms both have queen beds and one bedroom has attached bathroom and the other is just a couple of steps from the second bedroom, but its arranged nicely so that you aren't disturbing each other if you are napping or coming and going at different times. We had four adults and we were comfortable, it may get a little crowded with more however. A really neat little touch is the elevator its an old refurbished one that you have to pull the grate on to close to get it to work and kind of a cool novelty that we enjoyed, although we just mainly walked up and down the couple of flights of steps. We def will stay here again!!!
