Great villa located in a gated beach community. Seabrook Island is in close proximity to the charming historic city of Charleston. The villa is newly rebuilt with all new appliances and furniture. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. One bedroom has full sized bunk beds, which can fit two adults or 4 children comfortably. Master bedroom overlooks the marsh with queen bed and private bath. Living room has queen size fold out couch. Villa has private screened porch with view of the marsh. Wildlife views are abundant. Great recreation for everyone in the family to enjoy. The villa has a private pool and the beach is a bike ride or short car ride (1.5mi). There are nature trails and bike trails all over the island. Golf, tennis and an equestrian center offer extra fun for the family. Seabrook Club has a kids summer program full of activities and nature exploration. Villa has cable TV in all rooms, a DVD player, plus a washer and dryer. Linens and beach towels are provided. Amenities card is available for an additional $25/day or $150 for the week allows for access to additional private pools and clubs. Amenity cards are coordinated directly through Seabrook Island Club.

The condo was nice and access to the local area was good. The long drive to places like Folley Beach was crowded and the wait long, but we left and went back at 5:00 PM and it was easy. We enjoyed our stay. Local food is great.

This condo was great! We went for a quick birthday weekend and we’re not disappointed. The view off the porch was beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous. The abundance of wildlife had to be our favorite. We will definitely be back in the future!

Great condo
Condo was clean and just as expected based on the listing. This was our fifth year at Seabrook and we couldn't fit in 6/7nights this year like most places require so I am glad we were able to find the condo to rent for a 4 night stay. It was plenty spacious for our family of 5.

Perfect get away!
We had a great time with a guys trip to the PGA. Kids loved the bunkbeds and everything was well stocked. The mattress was not the most comfortable in the owners suite but I think over all we would come back.

Peaceful Adventure
Looks for a weekend getaway in Charleston. Wanted something peaceful within a short drive to the city. Discovered SeaBrook Island and it was exactly what was expected. Didn’t hear a vehicle nor any other people during our stay. The property owners were extremely generous and went above and beyond to make our stay great. 5 stars all the way!! Definitely hope to visit again.
