Come and spend your holiday in this former mill. The house, on a 2-hectare estate, is surrounded by fields. A small river passes just below the house, the site of the former role of the estate. The property has a large living area on the ground floor with kitchen, living/dining room, and four bedrooms with private bathroom upstairs. Outdoors, you have access to several terraces in front of and on the small island. You can go onto the small island via a bridge just next to the old mill wheel. There are loungers and terraces. Another small holiday home for four is just behind the mill, but the two houses do not face each other. You keep your privacy. The owner, who lives on the estate, has left you bikes to use for your rides (on presentation of a deposit). The Tronçais Forest, 7km away, is famous for its fine footpaths. You are a few minutes by car from the village of Ainay-le-Château (6km) where you can do your shopping and visit Chandon Castle. The lake of Goule and Saint Bonnet are 8 km away if you want to swim.Ainay-le-Vieil Castle (17km) is also worth the detour as well as the medieval town of Hérisson (28km). For golf lovers, a beautiful course awaits at Nassigny golf course (30km).
