The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Chamrousse, this charming flat with mountain views, with ski resort within walking distance, with a surface area of 68 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 2: with 2 twin beds (80x190) that can be made into a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: cabin bedroom (no window) with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), with a door.
- A mountain corner in the entrance hall, with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), which can be closed off with a curtain.
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 17 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as a chairlift and ski school 300 metres away, 3 ski rental companies less than 300 metres away, a grocery store 20 metres away, 4 restaurants less than 500 metres away...

Activities :
- Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing: Start of the ski runs 300 metres away with the departure of the Bachat chairlift (4 places).
The ESF Chamrousse 1700 office is at the foot of the chairlift, as is the lift pass office.
For cross-country skiing, the Nordic area is visible from the balcony and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, which is about 250 metres away. You can park outside the front door of the building while you unload your luggage if necessary.

- Shuttle bus: Free shuttle buses run around Chamrousse, stopping in front of the building during the winter and summer seasons.
Other transport directions: Bus to "Gare d'Uriage" then up to Chamrousse with the T87 bus or blablacar or taxi
