L'Escapade à la Banut
We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Champs-sur-Tarentaine-Marchal, this charming flat (4 star) with mezzanine within an old farm building, in full nature at 900 meters of altitude, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate to 10 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 50 m², an open plan kitchen, a mezzanine, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m². Wifi, we are waiting for you to enjoy an invigorating stay in this green setting!
The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A living room of 50 m² with TV, sofas and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... Night area: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190), a single bed and an adjoining shower room with washbasin. - Mezzanine: 3 single beds and a double bed (140×190). - A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. - Separate WC.
Outside : - An unfenced, shared garden of about 1000 m² with furniture and a boules pitch to enjoy the fine weather.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: portable Bluetooth speaker, barbecue, raclette machine, fondue set, pressure cooker, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The flat is ideally located in Champs-sur-Tarentaine-Marchal in the heart of the Artense lakes and close to various lakes, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, from where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Cantal mountains and the Puy de Sancy. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the surrounding towns.
Activities : - Tourist sites: lake of Tact, Crégut and Lastioulles lake where you can enjoy the beach, pedal boats, supervised swimming July/August... - Sporting activities: hiking and mountain biking, 5 km from the accommodation the nautical centre of Lastioule, park composed of catamarans, kayaks, pedalos, windsurfing, paddles, possibility of renting and introductory course... - Cultural visits: the Château de Val, the Tannery and Leather Museum in Bort les Orges...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private outdoor car park which can accommodate 4 vehicles.
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Massiac train station located at about 1h10 by car. - Nearest airport: Clermont-Ferrand airport located at about 1h25 by car.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon WE dans le gîte. Le jardin est très grand et les enfants ont pu profiter de cet espace. Le gite est également très bien équipé (ustensiles, espaces...) pour recevoir des groupes.
Pas mal de balades dans les environs mais il vaut mieux prévoir quelques courses avant d'arriver (commerces à 30min environ)
