"The room was spotless clean with the exception of some mole that was in the crevices of the shampoo containers in the shower stall. The air conditioner couldn't keep the room cool and just constantly kept going. The water pressure and heat were nice in the shower. The room was really cool looking and fun and rustic like you were in a cabin. I think three of us hit our toes on the hard metal beds that were in the way a little bit as you were walking around them. They had cool bunk beds and bed sheets and the whole room was decked out with pine and wood and it looks like you were in a cabin it was pretty neat. The stairs were horrendous going upstairs and there was no elevator the stairs were different sizes. They also had a small zoo with exhibits inside the gift shop where you checked in and checked out and the kids like that did that a couple times there was also a zoo on site we got half off but nobody really wanted to do that. Even though there was some flaws it was so enjoyable I still gave it five stars."

"The condo was so cozy and comfy. It was spotlessly clean with lots of thoughtful amenities. The wifi worked great and the resort was not crowded so it was gloriously quiet and private. I would rent it again without question! One thing to be aware of: The walls of the condo are very thin so may not be a good fit for light sleepers unless you have sleeping earplugs."
