Place was not very clean. Room was dark and dingy. Fridge was noisy and didn’t work. This is more like a cheap motel. When we arrived we were told they needed to charge our card $50 for incidentals and I asked what incedentals could we possibly use and the man said well we need to do the charge. Places like that don’t need to do that. The air in the room also was temperature controlled so when we pit the heat on it blew all night and got so hot.

Room was clean, but hotel overall was untidy. The only staff present during our stay was the front desk manager (likely the owner), and he was never actually at the front desk... we had to call the hotel (his cell phone) to have any contact. I was told there was a $20 extra charge for pack-and-play and for extra blankets. We skipped out on these despite need. Breakfast was cereal, frozen egg omelets, oatmeal, and there was a pancake machine.... most people took one look and skipped.

The first room, the first night was a disaster. Room 104 didn’t lock but I didn’t know until the next morning when I was heading to breakfast. Also when I was taking my shower the tub spout completely fell off, exposing a tarnished copper pipe.

I rarely ever do any reviews, but wanted people to be aware. It was so run-down when we went there. We thought it was closed. Not 1 car in the lot. Large blue tarps lying in the parking lot. Windows were filthy. Roof in need of repair. Garbage around the outside and looked as though landscaping hadn’t been trimmed in a very, long time. Due to health illnesses I have to be very careful about unsanitary conditions. We could not stay there. They would NOT reimburse us any money!! We were out of town and going to a wedding. Very unprofessional and not understanding at all!!
